Place the electronic device back into its original manufacturer packaging with all included manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund eligibility.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
